Happily Ever Before & After Week 20: Library Makeover via Between Blue & Yellow

Happy Friday Friends!!

Did y'all have a good Valentine's Day? 

I have another fabulous makeover to share with you today as part of my Happily Ever Before & After series!

 This time......it's a Library! How cool is that?!

This makeover comes to you courtesy of Kathleen at Between Blue And Yellow. I had the opportunity to meet Kathleen at Haven last year. She has a beautiful blog where she shares her love for decorating, painting furniture, & also some yummy recipes!!

Kathleen emailed me a few weeks back & asked if I would consider her library makeover as part of my series. I checked out the link & immediately said "YES!" You won't believe this transformation!!

Here is a look at the room "Before."

Kathleen said that the room stayed this way for about 5 years after they moved into their home. She knew she wanted to make it a library, but needed a little inspiration to get the room she was dreaming of. Then she started her blog & the wonderful world of Pinterest began....inspiration finally struck!!

Let's take a look at the room "After."

Hello.....GORGEOUS!!

Isn't it fabulous? I love all of the vintage/antique pieces in the room! It's sophisticated & OH SO Charming! 

Do you see that fabulous sofa? Kathleen reupholstered it! 

And that old dresser....yeah, she did that too!
