Hey Everyone!!
I wanted to share with you a SIMPLE & DELICIOUS pie recipe that my grandma made for our Mother's Day celebration this past weekend!! If you are having any parties this summer or an event in which you need to bring a dish/dessert, this recipe is sure to be a crowd pleaser!!
It's LIGHT, REFRESHING, & perfect for any occasion!!
SERIOUSLY.....It's DELICIOUS!!!!
And did I mention it was EASY?!
Millionaire Pie
Ingredients: yields 2 pies2 Ready-Made Graham Cracker Crusts
1 Large Container of Cool Whip
1 Large Can Crushed Pineapple (drained)
1 8 oz jar Maraschino Cherries (chopped & drained)
1 Can Eagle Brand Milk
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
Place all ingredients in a large bowl & mix well. Place mixed ingredients into graham cracker crusts & chill for 4-6 hours or until ready to serve.
ENJOY!!!

DeleteYou can just use bottled lemon juice. It doesn't need to be fresh!
