Hi Everyone!!
Hope you all have had a beautiful weekend!!
As I'm typing this I am looking out at a gorgeous view of Kentucky Lake & admiring God's work! We are staying at the Jonathan Creek Conference & Retreat Center & are currently on day 2 of a 3 day fall retreat for our church.
So far the retreat has been A-Mazing!!!
As I have witnessed such an outpouring of God's Love here at the retreat, I am so excited to be starting up this 31 Day series!!
Everyday for the rest of this month we will be discussing God's unconditional love, His faithfulness, & how He provides strength & comfort in times when we think that our worlds are falling apart!
Even when when life seems fragile, we have to remember that God is in control & that His plan is much better than our own!
I have to tell you that for me, this series has come at such a great time. And just the timing alone, has been a demonstration of God's love for me!
These last few months have been hard...
I have been faced with trials that I never thought I would have to face...
My Faith has been tested.
There have been days when I have wondered & even spoken out loud....
"God, are you even there anymore?"
Sometimes it's hard to understand why things are happening...
Why life has to be so hard...
As I began receiving posts from all of the amazing guest writers for this series to my inbox, I was encouraged & reminded that God IS near, that He DOES love me, & He has a PLAN!
I just have to TRUST Him!
So, that's my most recent testament of God's love. He knew what lied ahead for me when I decided to tackle his 31 day challenge months back & He knew that I was going to need this series to help me get through!
So thank you to all of the wonderful women who have decided to participate!! You're stories not only helped me, but I have a feeling that they are also going to help several others during this month of October!
These posts are true testaments of God's unfailing love and I am sooo excited to be able to share them here on my blog with all of you!!
