The Spring Fling at This Blessed Nest

Hi there! I'm over from Emerald Cove. Love your blog and joined as a follower. Great projects here. I've got a huge back porch and really need to make something of it this year. So hard in FL with the heat of the summer and hard afternoon rains to keep up with lots of flowers. I'm in search of just the right thing. Love these pics. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWe have an "outdoor room" as I call it with a pergola, fireplace and chandelier! I am on the prairies, so it can be a challenge to have a lush green yard, but I am trying. I will have to post some pics . The fireplace is made all with rocks collected from our fields. We are still in the middle of winter here though, so it feels like a long ways off until I will be relaxing outside! Love your pics and inspirational ideas as always!
ReplyDeleteOh what nice inspiration pictures, I can't wait for warmer weather. Like you, I'd love an outdoor fireplace, especially since it is always so cold here!
ReplyDeleteI came by from Emerald Cove...Michelle had such nice things to say about you both :)

Oh this isn't helping with my spring fever. Beautiful ideas and they all look like they are calling my name.
ReplyDeleteI know that however you put yours together it will look just as good!
BTW - the magic eraser worked. Still had to put in some elbow grease with it but it worked nonetheless. Thanks for the tip.
Amazing outdoor images!!
ReplyDeleteOh I love these spaces!! I can't wait until the weather gets warmer so I can work on my space. I am itching so bad to get out there!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful outdoor spaces! We are also still getting snow every now and then. Cannot wait for spring to officially arrive! So happy to find your lovely blog. :)
ReplyDeleteI would LOVE to build a pergola for our back patio. It's so bare and boring out there we NEVER spend time outdoors. So sad! When the weather gets nicer (almost there!) I hope we get the inspiration to do SOMETHING out there! : )
ReplyDeleteo. i would love to have even half of one of these. they are all beautiful.
ReplyDeletethanks for sharing them at the SPRING FLING!

Thanks for the eye candy. I especially liked the little folly from House to Home. I'm a Virginian and our humidity levels makes putting fabrics outdoors a real problem. So I'll have so search for feminine fabrics made from that special material.
ReplyDeleteI like the ideas you showed.
I might tie dye a drop cloth to hang at end of our porch to block afternoon sun.
My backyard is pretty plain. I wish I had something pretty to show off.
